All orders for products shall be deemed to be an offer by the customer to purchase products pursuant to these terms and conditions. The customer shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided on the order form and we will not be obliged to accept an order unless all details requested have been entered correctly and you are 16 or over.

No order submitted by the customer shall be deemed to be accepted by us unless and until we confirm acceptance of your order. The order will be processed once payment for the order is received. All orders are subject to availability. We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you and will not be required to provide an explanation.

We ship internationally subject to both:

  • The payment fully clearing.
  • The availability of an: international formatted address (including postal code) or postal box (P.O.) location.

Please note certain international destinations (i.e. Russia) will require a full recipient name and contact number.

Payments

Paypal: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner’s Club and EnRoute.

For direct purchases through Jamahiri we accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cartes Bancaires.

We accept all international credit and debit cards through Jamahiri. We also accept payment through Paypal.

All payments are subject to anti-fraud checks.

Shipping & Returns

Although our items are custom manufactured and are subject to a no return policy. We will endeavor to work with the customer to ensure that they are happy with their purchase.

If a mistake has been made from the side of Jamahiri we will work with the customer to resolve the issue and put it right either by refunding the order or arranging a replacement.

We are committed to handling any payment and order issues and we will refund any charges for deliveries / orders made in error, ensuring that you are updated every step of the way.

The standard time-frame for credit/debit card refunds is: 5-7 working days.

We can not guarantee that products orders can be cancelled if they have been sent for automated fulfilment and dispatch.
